The apartment regent was pleasantly suprised. We had the top floor and the view is incomparable. Sea side rooms and the river side of the living room, dining room. The apartment was extremely clean, bright, spacious with large windows all around. The furniture
was beautiful all marble. A large well equipped kitchen and spacious. A huge living room with TV and DVD in 3D. A terrace with nice sofas. A large utility room with washing machine and dryer. Also 3 spacious bedrooms with large closets and two bathrooms. We
also rent another apartment or 2 rooms each had a living room and spacious kitchen. Each room had its own bathroom and dressing room parent in the room. The staff is friendly. The convenient parking also provided large cart and when we returned to our races
we could fit everything in one go rather than carry everything. We also had our private spa on the roof and a huge terrace with table and we were able to enjoy a delicious barbecue under the stars. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to travel
to surfers. Of course you need a car for a short distance from the center but so quiet. Our stay was a real treat. It also has a pool with slides for children and a second heated spa pool for cool evenings or rainy. Thank you to all the team for the Regent
apartment your friendliness and your home. Le regent appartement nous a agréablement surpris. Nous étions au dernier étage et la vue y est imcomparable. La mer du coté des chambres et la riviére du coté salon, salle à manger. L'appartement était d'une grande
propreté, clair, spacieux avec de grandes baies vitrées tout autour. Le mobilier tout en marbre était magnifique. Une grande cuisine très bien équipée et spacieuse. Un immense salon avec une télé en 3D et DVD. Une terrasse avec des canapés très agréable. Une
grande buanderie avec machine à laver et séche-linge. 3 chambres spacieuses également avec de grandes armoires et 2 salles de bain. Nous avions également louer un autre appartement 2 chambres ou chacun avait un salon et une cuisine spacieuse. Chaque chambre
avait sa propre salle de bain et un dressing dans la chambre parent. Le personnel y est convivial. Le parking pratique fournissait également de grand caddie ainsi lorsque nous rentrions de nos courses pouvions nous tout rentrer d'un seul coup plutot que tout
porter. Nous avions également notre spa privé sur le toit ainsi qu'une immense terrase avec table et nous avons pu savourer un délicieux barbecue à la belle étoile. Je recommande vivement cet hotel à toute personne qui désire se rendre à surfers. Bien sur
il faut une voiture car un peu éloigné du centre mais si tranquille. Notre séjour fut un véritable régal. Celui-ci dispose également d'une piscine avec tobogan pour les enfants et d'une seconde avec spa pool chauffé pour les soirées fraiches ou pluvieuse.

Stayed at The Regent again this summer (Jan 2012 - 13 days) for the 3 time in 4 years and cannot fault the apartments nor the management. Lucy is an asset to The Regent as is the Stephens family who manage it. The apartment we stayed in 7B, accomodated
our family of 5; it was clean and spacious. All the creature conforts of home are provided and the location is also excellent with patrolled beach a couple of minutes away and shops close by. The facilities of The Regent also are fantastic; 2 pools one with
a slide for the kids, and a tennis court; why would you go anywhere else. Will be back again in Jan 2013! Thanks to the friendly staff and crew for yet another memorable stay.

We had the most wonderful stay in November at `The Regent`.Our apartment was just fabulous with fantastic views,very large rooms.Just excellent,couldn`t fault a thing,only that we had to leave!!!We will be back..Thank you to all staff especially Lucy &
Greg for their help in making our holiday fantastic. Hope to see you soon.

We stayed , I , my wife and our two kids in a superior 2 bedroom apartment on 12D ( 12TH FLOOR). tHE APARTMENT WAS SO CLEAN AND THE VIEW IS BREATHTAKING. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY. WE WERE SO HAPPY AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE REGENT TO ANYONE WHO IS
AFTER A NICE STAY. WELL DONE GUYS. KEEP IT UP.

Dear Lucy Greg, Please accept our BIG THANK YOU for making our stay in apartment 13D last week a truly memorable one. We have never done this as a family before, ie. staying in one comfortable, lovely & relaxing setting for almost a whole week while pursuing
daily fun activities. Work and school usually take precedence in our normal lives, so not only was the escape a welcome one, the beautiful apartment & amenities it (and the building) provided more than fulfilled our needs & surpassed our hopeful expectations.
Once again thanks for the friendly, professional & efficient reception we received from all of you. We never know from one week to the next what our plans will be, least of all potentially even looking into the future of a whole year away, but we hope to come

My family and I recently came back from the Gold Coast where we stayed for 7 nights once again at the Regent Apartments. It was just as great, if not, better than the first time we stayed there. Upon booking a room, I had requested a deluxe room with an
ocean/beach view, and we were definitely not dissapointed. Our apartment was on the 7th floor, the apartment was very clean upon entering, and as the days followed it felt like it became our home. The apartment has everything you can think of, from a dishwasher,
airconditioning, foxtel, glassware/kitchenware etc, so all you need to purchase is food to fill up the fridge and washing detegent and that is all! The best thing about this apartment is that it's very quite and no party goers such as schoolies (which was
during the week that we went up). The other great thing about the Regent is it;s location! the beach is a 2 minute walk, there are local shops a few minutes away, Pacific fair Shopping Centre and Jupitors Casino is approximately a 10 minute drive, and last
but not least Surfers Paradise is just up the road. I will and have in the past recommended the Regent to others and I will definitely stay there again when I do return to the Gold Coast. Thank you Regent Apartments for making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable
as possible.

I had not been to the Regent Appartments since the 90s when I use to stay annually with my young family. We had many great holidays then and nothing has changed I had wonderful time this year. The Regent facilities are in wonderful condition - as good
as they were in the 90s. I can vouch for the fact that the Regent is a great destination for a family holiday or for someone looking for a quiet private holiday.

We stayed ten nights at the Regent Apartments Surfers Paradise and had an extremely comfortable stay the apartment was very clean and had everything we wanted the indoor heated pool was a great bonus as the weather was not that good. The only thing Lucy
can't fix is the weather she is a bonus on reception and was able to help us with day trip and information about places to visit would love to come back again.

This was the third time we have stayed at the Regent and won't be the last. The location is ideal - one street away from the beach, surf-club (excellent meals) and only 10 minutes walk to Surfers. Great swimming pools at the Regent. The staff at the Regent
are always friendly and helpful and really make their guests feel welcome. First impressions really do matter and Lucy is a great front-office person. Our apartment on the 12th floor was excellent . Lovely views. Cannot fault the Regent in any way. Can't wait
to visit again. Stayed July 2011, travelled with family

Our family of 3 stayed in the Regent Apartments in July and we loved the experience. We were located with a great ocean and beach view in a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious, clean and had all the amenities in good working order. One major plus is
the Regents location in Broadbeach. The Regent is one street over from the Beach and just a few minutes away from shopping centres and restaurants in either direction. Lucy the receptionist was very helpful on our arrival and the weeks holiday was completely
hassle free and we enjoyed the Gold Coast sun and the relaxing atmosphere. Stayed July 2011, travelled with family

We stayd in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 10th floor facing the beach 10A. It was a lovley apartment with a fantastic view.There was a balconey off each room,huge laundry,and 2 bathrooms.A well equiped kitchen,although a few more cups and glassess would
have been a plus. The pool areas were great and very clean,the bbq was really very clean and great to use,free undercover parking and friendley prompt service from Lucy and her team.We would stay again.

Stayed a week at the Regent and really enjoyed it. We had a 15 floor apartment which was HUGH .It had views from all the windows and a full rap around balcony allowing views up the coast past the Q1 and towards the Hinterland then from the bedroom and
one of the kitchen windows we had views of the river and south to Broadbeach and the Casino both very impresive at night, but best of all was the uninterupted view of the beach and ocean from the loung / dining / kitchen windows - we were able to see Whales
at play out to sea as they moved up the coast and enjoyed several coffees leaning on the balcony rail and watching this amazing sight. The rooms are wll equiped and are truly a home away from home. The 2 pools , spa and sauna are clean and very relaxing as
is the complx in general. We found the staff very attentive and pleasent - we had a sliding door that was hard to open mentioned it in passing to reception and it was fixed in hours. Handy to patroled beach , buses or 10 /15 minute beach walk to Cavil Ave
or the shopping / restaraunts of Broadbech. Definatly coming back

Spent a great week here in August and wish it could have been more. Wonderful views and very comfortable apartment (15th floor) The apartment was like a home away from home and the staff very helpful and pleasent. We were even able to lean on the balcony
with a coffee and watch Whales playing off shore - amazing. Well located for the beach, buses or a pleasent walk to Caville Ave and the center of Surfers. Definatly coming back

A fantastic holiday destination. We had a high level spacious,deluxe, modern apartment that was very clean, well equipped and offered 290 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, hinterland and coast strips north and south. The quality of the linen and towels
were great. Facilities - heated pools in and outside with waterslide - the kids loved it, great lite tennis court, close to bus and 75 metres to patrolled beach with a great surf club. Lucy at Reception was very helpful and very friendly. Hope to return for
a longer stay at Christmas.

We have just spent a most wonderful week here. The apartment we stayed in was very well appointed, clean and had a wonderful view. The rest of the resort was very clean and could not be faulted. The indoor spa, pool and sauna was wonderful.(we had a fewovercast
and windy days and it didn't matter) The kids enjoyed the slide into the outside pool.(which was also heated) The bbq was clean and a good size. My husband commented on the fact that it was gas, which is great for cooking steak as it's a good hotplate. We
also enjoyed the tennis court, which is floodlit at night. Lucy at reception was lovely. So close to the beach and a short walk into Cavill Ave in Surfers. You will not be disappointed here!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights and it was exactly what we wanted. The apartment is huge, the main bedroom has a WIR and bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has it's own bathroom also. Fantastic views to the beach from the lounge and kitchen. Indoor
swimming pool and spa great for a dip on a cool July evening. Great family value.

To Lucy and all of the staff at The Regent Apartments. We have just spent a most wonderful week with you. I feel the need to contact you and let you know how much we really enjoyed our stay. Lucy was most helpful and lovely also upgrading our room. The
apartment we stayed in was very well appointed, clean and also had a wonderful view. The rest of the resort was so clean and could not be faulted. I had stayed at the resort many times when growing up and was not disappointed. We have already told many people

We stayed her for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The facilities of these apartments compare well with some 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Indoor pool and sauna, plus outdoor pool and super clean,okay, it was at the quite end of the High season,
so maybe this was the reason--but I doubt it. Reception was excellent and apologies if I have the wrong name, but her name was Lucy. One of the best and most helpful people we had come across on our tour of Australia and New Zealand. The apartment was high
floor, as requested, Well equipped, extremely clean. with the best 180 degree view of Surfers Paradise beach and City. The walk into town takes around 5 minutes, 20 minutes will get you to Broad beach Shopping area, it's newish but well worth the walk, if
only for the the beautiful surroundings on the way. But seriously, the shopping there is good and a top notch centre to browse around. The town at night looks great, and the new beach front must be about complete.

We recently got back after a 10 night stay at The Regent. It was great, and I would definitely recommend it. Secure, clean, comfortable, fabulous views from our 13th floor apartment. Great service from reception. Great location - 1/2 a block from the beach
at the South end of Surfers, close to Pacific Fair, dairy (and grog shop!) at the corner. Supermarkets weren't far either. We had an upgraded apartment so decor etc was good - actually one of the apartments pictured on their website. Very quiet - very little
street noise (except the police and the garbage trucks). This is not a party location. Room Tip: Views from higher levels - ask for beach view Stayed June 2011, traveled with family

We had the most wonderful 5 nights at the Regent. Our apartment on the 13th floor was perfect. View was worth a million dollars! Teenage grandsons loved the pools. Beach was 5 minutes walk down the street and the Surf Club next street over had great meals.
Service was excellent. Very friendly and efficient staff and management (Lucy was lovely, organising theme park tickets and taxi for airport) . Could not fault anything at the Regent. Looking forward to our next stay in January.

Surfers Paradise is an amazing place to go to anyways but I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of room The Regent gave us. It had a laundry room in the apartment, 2 3 person sofas, TV/SkyTV, DVD player, kitchen area with fridge freezer, microwave,
dishwasher and oven. The bedroom was a seperate room with a large walk-in wardrobe on the way to an en-suite shower room. It had 2 additional rooms in the apartment which were locked off but think it safe to assume they were another bedroom and a full size
bathroom. This would have easily supported a family of 4 or a group of friends travelling with more than ample space for everyone. This would definitely be my first choice place to stay if I decide to come back to Surfers!
